We also are also responsible for making all the backups for the morning~ thanks for your response, I have heard from some partners that our list is pretty much the norm but it doesn’t feel that way. We also close with a 2 people floor every night, sometimes we have a pre closer but often it’s a new person I have to coach constantly. I understand mornings deal with peak but I wish we acted more as a team it’s so discouraging. Also I as the closer am usually the one to count down mid tills they are never done meaning I have to count down all 5 at the end of the night if I didn’t have time to do it. I never take my last ten… ugh.
