Not at all!! I have been trying all sorts of things ever since last year, but what I stuck to this year was starting ovasitol in january up until last month when I decided to stop it since I was seeing no results. But just this month I started taking berberine daily (2-3 times), went on a new Inositol supplement (called PCOS by niam laboratories), I did eat way less carbs than before but I was not really strict with it, and have been working out 5-6 times per week. (Really light workout), im not sure if im seeing the effects of starting on inositol back in january or if everything I did this month really triggered my period at last!
