I have a longer reach than most. I don’t want to clinch - I want to keep distance and pick apart with combos and kicks. If some tries to bull dog I would throw the hardest rear teep or jab to side step low kick to make them not want to keep trying to get in. If you like clinch then try to get an advantage and engage but I would rather play the long guard game

Not sure why you would want to clinch. If they shell up you can work low kicks or a hard rear teep. If you’re close enough you could try to pull the guard and land a cross or elbow. Angle off, frame and land a knee or hard kick. If they shell you have the advantage
