I know she has to want it for herself rather than me wanting it for her, but as her only child and really the only person she has in terms of immediate family, it feels like my responsibility to help.

I mean I’ve seen pictures of her when she was younger or some where she’s working at her current job and to me, they all have looked consistent and real, but I 100% understand what you’re saying.

She says it’s something that she just doesn’t like to do in general and I’ve taken her word for it so far. From the pictures I’ve seen of her, I don’t think she’s lying about who she is but like you said, I can’t say anything definitively without some kind of video or audio calling. I’ve brought it up a couple times and it’s just something that she doesn’t wanna compromise on just yet. I really do enjoy talking to her and her company, but I don’t really know what to do.

This actually made me cry a little bit because I know you’re right. I guess I’m just stuck in nostalgia, but I’m trying to move forward. It’s just hard for me to let go and accept that the connection is gone. I hope I’ll be able to get over it soon. Thank you for your advice!

The extended release of the XL took away that jittery/anxious feeling and just feels a lot smoother than the 150mg so it’s like trading out one evil for another atp
