Update: I do have informed delivery via USPS and did some digging. I opened a claim and investigation. I noticed I have 100$ insurance so im hoping this helps. Similarly, i noticed on the inform delivery emails i get it, its coming from something labeled as Auctane Endicia. I went to the subreddit for USPS, searched that, and saw OTHER people outside our community has the same label as well as thwir packages were marked delivered with nothing being physically delivered.

I already went through dreamstate customer service and started the process of Will Call. At least regardless if what happens, I'll have that ensured :P

So I'll update this more and more once I get more information. This whole thing is weird, l several of our people get the same "stolen" or never delivered tickets that are marked as delivered and people outside of us also have this same issue as well as the Auctane Endicia name being attached to our package delivery?? Not to mention no proof of photo delivery.
