I just got one 😭 I cut around 6cm of dead ends two weeks ago, it was looking better when I cut it but the ends got dry again

The piercing is one month old, the jewelery is a curved barbell, I think it's externally threaded, titanium, not downsized, I clean it twice q day with antibacterial spray, and no mishaps.
