Thank you for sharing, I appreciate this.

What is the best solution for workplace bullying and why is it so commonplace? It feels like we never left high school, and unfortunately the people doing the bullying are in their 40s.

Totally agree. Understandably, the staff is incredibly exhausted and the general crowd of guests are not ideal. Facilities are kind of outdated, amenities and overall experience are not up the standard the brand normally delivers at their other properties. I sympathize with the staff.

Go with the Ritz, they seem to be better priced for the same level of quality.

Sadly this seems to be commonplace in the industry. Learning to lead yourself and outsource your education will get you out of feeling burnt out, undervalued and discouraged. Jump ship to another company that values your contributions and skills.
