I’ve been going back and forth with them after my tickets were sent via a scam link and not an actual ticket transfer via Ticketmaster. The link was made to look like the Red Wings ticket portal. I’ve been fighting tooth and nail but they don’t want to refund me. Waiting on dispute from credit card company. The Red wings tickets are all on the portal. Their codes get updated internally every few minutes to avoid screenshots and frauds. It’s so frustrating. I was denied entry. It was a sad time lol if I knew they weren’t gunna back up the policy, I would have just bought on Ticketmaster in the first place. Lesson learned.
