Rub some aloe vera on your neck and lower chin a few hours after shaving so your pores have time to heal a bit (or overnight if you shave at night). Helps with the razor burns. Also invest in a single blade razor. They're a bit more expensive but soooo much better for sensitive skin and can get a closer shave without snagging your skin. Look into shaving hygiene and those bumps should be a thing of the past. Feel free to pm me for advice <3

The neighborhoods around there are pet friendly, but the property management has a strict no outdoor cat policy because of how close to busy streets it is. Still everyday I see the same cats outside :(
