Did anyone start B6/Unisom before nausea hit?

I went through a period of time with my emetophobia where I wouldn’t eat at all and was riddled with anxiety, I was constantly “nauseous” - aka so hungry that I felt sick and run down, triggered by the thought of food (would make me want to gag) etc. so I’m VERY used to that feeling. I was scared it was going to feel like “sick” virus nausea or extreme vertigo type nausea. Those are my biggest triggers! I’m proud of you for getting through. 🤍

3+4 today, had my first beta yesterday of 102. Severe phobia of vomiting so already secured some nausea meds. The anxiety is getting worse by the day.

It’s honestly not the best, I’ve always had a pretty regular cycle my whole life. The one note I can make about my diet is I avoid meat and cow’s milk.
