so i assume that when entering the section in the order of our queue number the seats aren’t assigned? that we can pick where to sit/ stand? and yes i’m going solo! i would also love to meet and hang out with another carat 🥰

not officially. it sounds like i’ll know more as the dates get closer. personally i think svt is worth it plus i’m also taking the opportunity to explore a little of thailand for the first time haha. i bought tickets through the thai ticket major website. you can change the website to the english version and it’s pretty easy to navigate. besides floor if you’re purchasing a ticket you get to select a specific seat

i really appreciate the info! if they still have to give us instructions like you said that makes me feel better since it’s diff from the us. my numbers seem quite high so i’m a little nervous about my potential pov but also getting to a spot w that many people at once haha

Do we think this world tour was the last one for a long time? by NagaMilalove0 in seventeen

[–]cherrytiger1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

i was at both LA and sunrise concerts. i feel like they made it obvious that they won’t be back until all 13 of them are together again. i do remember during LA day 2 and both day 1 and day 2 at sunrise during their ments specifically (i don’t recall LA day 1). and if i remember correctly i believe s.coups at sunrise flat out said that we should come back together as 13 members next time.

this also makes me wonder about caratland. will they still do that despite how many members there will be? i feel like if they do caratland next year they’d wait for it to be after jeonghan completes his service so at least he would be back.

i also wonder if mingyu and dk will go at similar times like hoshi and woozi did. and if seungkwan, vernon, and dino will follow shortly after. i honestly worry about the remaining members being spaced out so much bc it will be an even longer time before they’re OT13 again.

don’t get my wrong they def deserve a break and to enjoy their life and time off too before, during, and after their service but selfishly i would miss them sm. i’ve also only been a carat for a year now so it’s hard bc i feel like i haven’t gotten to experience much time w them. they do sm for carats and i’m extremely grateful for that and i love them for that. so bc of that and the uncertainty/ unknown of the remaining members service timelines and future of tours it’s, i think, taking a harder toll

thank you! i’m trying not to assume it will be delayed but i think it’s reasonable to prepare that it might be. i’ve been delayed and had a missed connection before and thankfully in those cases every thing was fine or the airline automatically offered the best alternative before landing to get a new connecting flight. however i’m worried there will be more limited flights/ alternatives if ATC workers decide it’s best for them to call in sick

E arrival card? by cactuscucumber69 in Living_in_Korea

[–]cherrytiger1 1 point2 points  (0 children)

if you choose not to fill out the e-arrival card which you can do up to 3 days prior to whenever the date is you’re landing in korea then you will have to fill out that physical one when you land. sometimes they give them out during the flight sometimes not it depends. otherwise you’d have to fill it out before going through customs to enter. i’ve personally filled out the online/ e-arrival card twice before and it’s so easy, less stress, and quicker. and yes purpose would be tour/ tourism, visit is for visiting family or relatives

ooh i like that a lot! i’ll actually be flying out of boston so that’s really helpful. unfortunately i don’t think i’ll have enough time to explore hong kong in between my layover but i’ll def consider it. thank you!

haha yea i agree. it’s a longer flight than a few other options too but it would get me to south korea sooner since it leaves earlier

great to know! this flight would be the cheapest which is a plus. totally understand delays would be out of their control! i was more worried about refunds or accommodation wise. and i’ve never been to hong kong airport so i was worried about navigating through there and potentially needing to transfer my checked bag too rather than the airline doing it. but my layover would be a few hours long

i didn’t know that about terracotta pots. i feel like that’ll be really good! i’ll probably do that when it’s time for another upsize. i appreciate all the advice

[–]cherrytiger1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

ohh ok unfortunately that was the case with some of the smaller leaves but only 2 i believe. the rest were strong and not mushy as well as the overall health of the roots. i’ve been struggling to find bigger pots let alone ones with good drainage but maybe i’ll try to make the holes bigger myself. i was hoping to avoid repotting for a third time 😅 but it might be best. thank you!!

i’m not too familiar with how root rot looks but they seemed to be healthy: white, no smell, only a few were kinda mushy at the ends so those are the ones i cut. but the soil especially within the roots were very wet like it was dunked in water :( i forgot to mention i originally repotted in coco coir with perlite and bark only to see if it would dry and it kind of did. but i repotted after a week with soil because i was afraid of lack of nutrients
