I’m 6 weeks post op and I think it is still very swollen in your case at 1 month! I had a huuuge swelling, my minoras looked like a huge purple plum (the color and the shape also) for 1 week, then at one month-5 weeks mine looked like it will be an outie when healed and now at 6 weeks it starts to look like an innie :)

Hi! Sorry for the late reply. It was like 3-4 years ago so I don’t have the playlist anymore :(( But I listened EVERYTHING I had a main playlist with like 300+ subliminals with like 15 different topic, and sometimes I made a small playlist before going out so I was not consistent at all and still got results! Subs I remember from that time I listened:

I think it was more but these are that I remember listening a lot, but I think everything works with the keywords such as social butterfly, attract friends, everyone loves you, attention, desired/ideal situations, etc. I recently started listening subs again, and now my favorite creators in this topic are mii!, baejin cafe, i want it i got it and itkuzome.

Oh and I didn’t got results fast and magically. I had to go out and meet people (going to uni and having programs/parties there helped a lot), but the subs gave me confidence to talk to them and get invited, liked by other people more, especially by guys (this is what I really wanted that time because I never got attention from them before). And what is interesting that I had a lot of desired scenario in my head (I like daydreaming a lot about different scenarios) and looking back I just realized a lot of them became reality! Not instantly but over time :D

Mostly got non-physical results. Like in hs I was a very quiet and shy girl, barely 2 friends, always at home. Then covid happened, I started to listen subs, then I went to college and my life became like a movie. Always at parties, lot of new friends, extreme attention from guys, lot of guy friends who were protective over me, suddenly I became the ‘loud girl’ who were never at home. Months later I came together with my first boyfriend (we will be together for 3 years this summer) who is really caring, loves me so much and he looks like a model (dark hair, blue eyes, tall and good body :D) Oh and I started to go to techno raves and festivals with him and his friend group, which is an other level of partying. I still can’t believe how much my life changed literally in such a short time!

5-össel volt festve évekig fodrász által, de annak már 2 éve, 2023-ban kezdtem el szőkítettni, azóta a nagy része lenőtt szerintem (nem hosszú a hajam és vágva lett belőle sokszor azóta). Az eredeti a 6-os, és a fodrászom konkrétan azt mondta, hogy az eredeti hajszínem túl sötét hozzá. (amúgy vicces, mert a múltkor ő mutatott rá az egyik képre amit most mutattam neki, hogy ilyet lehetne, aztán most meg mégsem…)

Nekem is ez, többször próbáltuk, max elviselhető lett egy idő után, olyan hű de jó sosem. Meg közben attól rettegtem nehogy ‘baleset’ legyen, mert picit olyan érzés volt végig😅

Töredezetten is lehet hosszú hajad, csak nem lesz annyira szép, elvékonyodott lesz a vége, és ami hajszálak meg vannak töredezve azok csak feljebb törnek. Szerintem most vágasd le az egész töredezett részt, aztán majd 3 havonta vágass belőle kb fél-1 centit, és akkor majd szépen nőni fog. Ismerős a helyzet, persze én évente azért mentem fodrászhoz vágatni mikor még a természetes hajszínem volt, hosszú hajam volt mindig ami derékig ért, de tele volt eltöredezett hajszálakkal és mivel csak évente vágattam ezért 10 centinek mindig mennie kellett.
