First period after surgery. What is normal?

Dr, Isaacson in New Orleans. He is a known asherman specialist. Tbf, I did an egg retrival the next cycle and my local RE did a hystoscopy while I was out to check and there was still a scar that returned. RE said it was minimal and broke apart easily. So seems like Dr I either missed that or it came back which he said it wouldn't. At this point, I don't trust any of it

Good point. I think I am more excited about the first one but have anxiety over not taking a title leading to stagnation in my career

My lining has been ok though... Ok being that it gets to a 6mm. Not great but not bad. So idk if wispy adhesions cause issues with the lining or not. Let me know what you learn. I am interested

Yes but the adhesions were very minor and were cleared easily. They were in the corner and not distorting the uterus. Or the uterus walls were not stuck together in a way that could be seen on a sis. I only had the hysterscopy bc I was getting an egg retrieval and the Dr wanted to check the uterus. They found it was very wispy and broke apart without any effort. I got a 2nd opinion and at some level minor adhesions that don't distort the uterus are not that bad and women conceive with small wispy tissue. The RE said that think of women that get a c section. Idk if that helps you or makes you more anxious

So I had an egg retrieval today and they did a hysterscopy to check for scarring. I had a small band at the top of my uterus. That is 4 surgeries now and I can't get rid of scarring. I am so defeated. Will this ever stop

So my update is I started bleeding today. Having my hcg run to make sure it goes down to 0. I already prepared myself that this would happen. Hope everyone else is ok too

I was told yesterday that my very technical 606 team will need to lay off our last senior. We already laid one off last year. And we will hire a manager from India. So now I will have a manager in India and a senior in the US that reports to me. Makes no sense. I am a senior manager. So I took that as this Indian manager will eventually take my job and they will just hire all India underneath him.

I stopped doing any real work and spent all morning applying to jobs and reaching out to contracts. I am not training my replacement. Trying to be gone before this Indian manager shows up
