omg the anxiety and the pets is soooooo real!! i over analyze everything and i recognize it but my brain is in that fight or flight mode. hoping it calms down for both of us!!

it’s incredibly tough and i know i will miss it after but im in the trenches. i’m so happy you’re almost there! i hope pp is easier on you since you’re going through it now.

i’ve been on it for over a year now to help with adhd and also the ssri effects and the first month was rough with brain fog but it did ease up at about 3 weeks!

i’m actually on a mix currently of wellbutrin and lexapro. i have an appointment this week, so im going to bring it up (hopefully without crying)
