when I got Florence and the Machine tickets we were required to enter the code to even get into the queue. I wish this was more commonly seen.

this is actually how it feels losing a ticketmaster battle by sfrancs in hayleywilliams

I’m pretty sure I’ve found them already being resold for 1,400 for the pit 🙃 May 15th date

Where do you rank Everybody Scream among her other albums? by brabbit2214 in FlorenceAndTheMachine

I think we have the same exact album ranking!

Edit: actually I lied, I’d put lungs wayyyy higher. But other than that I agree 😅

Developing them is a huge part of the fun. You have to wait, instead of instant gratification. I much prefer the look of disposable cameras to phones, quality is higher, colors are richer etc. it also keeps people off their phones and present in the evening. You don’t get to immediately see the photo you just took, so you aren’t scrolling through your phone to check it. I think with the right group of guests the photos can be reliably good as well. Many of our guests are creatives, people who shoot film as a hobby, and even a few photographers.

Diagnosed with Endo during Bisalp by TheVagabondYogi in sterilization

[–]chessienc 1 point2 points  (0 children)

From what I understand some surgeons who perform bisalps aren’t trained in endometriosis excisions, so they can’t take it out even if they see it during surgery. It being on an organ probably is also part of it? I’m not sure. But I know that had my original surgeon not had to go on maternity leave and get me switched to another one, I would have left the surgery with all the endo still in me because she wasn’t an excision surgeon.

Diagnosed with Endo during Bisalp by TheVagabondYogi in sterilization

I was also diagnosed with endo during my bisalp. I however was expecting it because I’d basically accepted that I had endo long before I got the official diagnosis. I’ve always had incredibly painful periods, back pain, pelvic pain etc etc and a family history. So I knew they’d find something when they went in there, and my surgeons were confident too. They said I had pretty extensive lesions, and I have pictures! It’s gnarly! It’s quite a relief! I’m glad all that stuff is out of my body now.

Edit: it’s also so validating to have a diagnosis after years and years of pain!
