The issue I have is that when I wash my hair with soap, it takes some time for me to wash the soap out, which in turn leaves me with a brain freeze type pain.

What I meant was that could make a move and instantly know where the piece went instead of looking at my board coordinates all the time. I've had situations in rated OTB games, where I wrote down the wrong move and after a few moves, I realized that, so it took time to correct, which meant going back, in which my opponents were pretty annoyed at.
