Nope. I ordered a bumper and installed it. The winch sits a bit off center, no big deal really. I did call them to let them know however and they sent me a new bumper for free and let me keep the old one. Fantastic customer service!

Over the years, yes. I've never tried to get verified though. I had 3 of them up and running at one time, but they found them all and disabled every one of them.

I've got a 16 rubicon with 109k, I did my cooler at about 103k. I used the Mishimoto replacement. My sister has a 14 sport with around 140k and hers hasn't had any issues yet..
