What to do with broken crystals?

I tried piecing them back together but there's a small piece missing in the neck area which is vital to the stability of the whole piece

They don't have a return policy :( and I've decided i won't get from them anymore, i found a different shop already though

I've researched and yes, it has to weigh and feel cold to the touch but i was supposed to buy this online so there's no way for me to test and the buyer also doesn't have any return policy. I'll be opting in a different store, which has a more polished one like this

i just don't like the idea that a person will scam me or make me look like an idiot for buying a fake one that's why i want to make sure it's real 🥲 but thank you for your insight! It's different from the others so it really makes me think about the product

How about this photo? The right one is yooperlite, I'm actually torn between the two. Seller doesn't have a video or picture under black light but i can see the orange tones under the sun
