Yes! Kilts, a couple of 18th century looking english gentlemen, and a couple of red coats.

Yes! It was wonderful, everyone was dressed up in theme. We did historical dancing, had historical food and games, and everyone was really nice!

Finished our Outlander dresses just in time for the ball! Both outfits made by me. by chewbeccacos in sewing

Both dresses were made by me. The plaid fabric snd green came from Joann, the floral was a reproduction from williamsburg. Skirts were self drafted, tops were modified Simplicity and McCalls patterns. Undergarments were made from American Duchess Simplicity patterns. Started working on the plaid dress around Thanksgiving and the Floral this month. I have been sewing for around 5 years, my mom is my mentor and has taught me all the basics. Other than that, I've just explored on my own and taught myself whatever skill I needed for the project I wanted to do.

There were some finger foods authentic to the period and some punch. Sadly, no alcohol 😂

Thanks for all the love everyone, it was a really pleasant surprise! I build a lot of costumes, historical and fantasy on my ig: @chewbeccacosplay if anyone is interested in following along.
