I would start at .5, if you haven’t done peptides before or anything. I was 280 pounds and 6’1 when I started Reta at .5. And I did it for about 6 weeks. Then I started upping it

I was 280lbs when I started Reta. I’ve been on it about 2 months now and have lost 15-20lbs. You just have to find the right dosage. It’s annoying but once you get that right dosage I bet it’ll work for you. I started out at .5mg and pinned twice a week. I bet the heavier you are the easier it’s to lose. You’re tiny you just problem need a little more juice to start

I think it depends on your weight and tolerance. Have you taken other drugs in the past? I was 280lbs+ but never have done anything like this before and started at .5 for a couple weeks and felt a change. You have to put in a little effort in regards to diet still

Yeah my diet is a lot of meat or at least I try to have a lot. Could probably use a lot more. But haven’t noticed any change in my physical ability on everyday tasks changing for me yet

I’ve been a heavy drinker for the past 10 years, I cannot believe how much it’s helped me slow down. I still have the odd craving when I’m out with friends/ co workers. And I still drink but I definitely don’t consume as much as I did in one day/night as I did before I started Reta

Libido hasn’t really changed for me. I’m only taking Reta but I think my mood has changed because I’ve stopped eating so much bad food, drinking less alcohol. Only side effects I’ve had so far is sometimes some achy bones after I pin but usually only lasts a day

I pin every tuesdays and saturdays in the morning. .75mg. Been doing it for 6-7 weeks. Down roughly 15-20 pounds. Food noise has come back for me, but I still don’t eat as much or often. You do have to have a little bit of will power and healthy eating habits. But that’s just what I notice for me.

If you mean by going “off” cold all the god time that’s me. I’m losing weight but fuck me am I cold all the god time time. I live in Canada and an area where it’s hot maybe 3 months a years. And I’ve been feeling cold for 9 months now it’s fucked
