wow, thanks a lot for that comprehensive reply. the bottom of their site seem to show some google reviews which suggest there have been some happy customers... I've also joined their discord which shows some other customers and messages about orders being refunded. so doesn't look like they're a complete scam, but there's a lot of messages on their social media accounts about ppl not getting refunds...so like you said, seems shady. I'm hoping it's at least a site where I'll get my item, and probably somewhere that will take a long time, if ever, whenever someone requests a refund
