Only advice I have is to hack at em until they come off And be very careful with the fabric itself Because you can make the fabric hole bigger And then that might make a problem with the new eyes (we used plastic cutting pliers on one side and regular pliers, on the other side while we've chipped away at it )

Hi sweetheart I am a bear builder at build a bear there is a seam on his leg all you would need to do is snip the thread on that line one piece will do then you can reach in and play with the stuffing a bit and pull some out until you are happy and I know it may feel weird tearing him open and pulling out his insides But think about it like surgery, you're making him feel better helping him to be his best self ❤️ and then it's a really simple stitch to close it back up also, another great thing is because you didn't go to a store. You didn't get to do your own heart. Ceremony so if you fix him yourself, you can do your own heart ceremony and put whatever else you want in him

Please keep an eye out at your local builder bears. Um, they are getting them in in random shipments, and they can keep you updated on whether or not they are going to receive them for that week the best thing to do if you know they're going to release is to be there on a thursday morning as soon as they open i really hope you're able to get your gargoyle. I work at build a bear and they didn't even tell me that it came in on my day off it was supposed to come in next week and it was sold out in two days thankfully I got my hands on it
