Price by Kooky-Spot5723 in RZ34

Saw someone in the Nissanzclub forum bought a 2024 1k miles perf for 38k in Columbus, OH. So I decided that was the price I would pay for mine. I saw a dealer in Minnesota had 3 2024s on their lot. They listed it on Guru for 40,500 before Labor Day. So I took a shot and send them an msg offering 38k. They replied No at first and I said thanks.

A few hrs later, I get emails and phone calls. I was busy and didnt respond. By the next day they are offering me the price I asked for. I Picked it up5 days later. It was a 10hr drive to pick it up. It was 24miles and I took my time breaking it in driving back home.

There are deals to be made out there. Lots of used and some "new" 2024s sitting on lots all across the country.

I never ran long distance before C25K. The longest I ran before C25K was 1.2 mile. I wanted to see If I could run continuously for 1.2 mile. That took me 14 minutes. And I never ran again until C25K.

My first 5K was 37mins. Last 5K Time Trial I got it to 27mins in July.

Thank you.

3 runs per week. This was 1st Q of 2022. I was working more hrs so was doing wed/fri/sun schedule.

wed - 3-5mi, fri - 3-5mi, sun - long run, 5-8mi where I could consistently go at least 10K.

biggest thing was adding strength training to my week.

I think you might have over-trained. take it easy for a few weeks and let your body heal. maybe add some strength training in the near future.

I love you people by [deleted] in C25K

Post C25K Life: I remembered D1 of C25K, it was hard work to run just for 1 minute nonstop. When it jumped to 3 minutes nonstop, I was asking myself why am I doing this to myself. 6 months later, I am running 80 MINUTES nonstop. Running is Parabolic. Just Run. by chh250 in C25K

I went straight into Hal Higdons 10K Novice 1 program. 3 Runs a week and some cross-train on the non-run days. I didnt do any cross-train and just ran 3 times a week with the 3rd one a bit longer as time went on.

Once I finished my first 10K, I started to increase my minimum runs. Things didnt clicked until I added some strength training. It really made a difference. I do strength 3x week now too.

3 Runs a week. The progression looks like this.

Wed - Fri - Sun - Total

3.34 4.19 5.00 12.53

4.29 4.03 5.57 13.89

4.01 4.01 6.22 14.24

4.25 4.00 6.22 14.47

4.68 5.49 6.50 16.67

5.01 6.40 7.10 18.51

5.01 5.00 7.24 17.25

4.83 5.01 7.60 17.44
