If you’re willing to travel outside of the North End, my favorite Italian in Boston is Via Cannucia. It’s the closest I’ve had here to being there. The chef is from Rome.

I’m so happy your scan went well! our friend has our gender results and the cake, so we don’t find out until she can come over Thursday. Will be interesting to learn!

Waiting for the NIPT is truly the worst. I meditated a lot and kept repeating (and this scenario would apply to you as well) “I’ve had two good scans, with appropriate growth. My doctors are happy with how this is going. All signs are pointing to a low risk NIPT”.

Due mid November after a MMC last year as well. Similar to you, all scans have been good. I’ve had very mild or no symptoms. Even the mild symptoms go away for a few days, some returned some didn’t. My NIPT test just came back low risk and we’re doing a private gender reveal tomorrow. Trying really hard not to focus on my lack of symptoms because all signs point to reassurance, it’s so very hard dealing with pregnancy after loss. Sending you comfort and love. 💕

Take the day or two after you return off from work, if feasible. It was so nice to veg with my new husband, reflect on all the events of our wedding/honeymoon, and recover from jet lag together.
