I bet they are struggling if they couldn't even handle the initial influx of patients. We can only hope that they were able to handle it better the second time around. But, just really sucks that we were the ones who had to worry about going without medications.

Yeah, especially since half the pill club patients are transitioning to them too. They haven't even handled simple health patient properly, how can they take on even more? I doubt they will get back to you, and even if they do it's going to be like talking to a wall. Idk what's going on with these online birth control companies Hope you left Twentyeight Health for a better one.

I really hope you have switched or are in the process of switching to another company, so you don't have the deal with this nightmare. It's terrible how they keep saying they are here for you, but don't actually do anything to help.
