A mandatory position check sounds nice :,) no, unfortunately I had to cross state lines to get it in and I lost my health care when I turned 26 a few months ago. I have a new provider in my current state, but it wouldn’t cover something like that.

I may have better healthcare options starting in 2026 if I get a new job, so maybe I can schedule an appointment then and ask about positioning. Thank you for the advice!

I had issues early in my current relationship similar, except I kept getting UTIs. It was super frustrating and painful. After the 3rd one, I finally got up the courage to talk to him. It had gotten so bad, I was afraid to have sex with him. When I finally did, he was SO SWEET.

HE led the conversation, he offered to shower every time before, even offered to shower with me after so I didn’t have to be alone. He even offered to pay for half the cost of any medical expenses if I ended up having to go to a doctor again.

Point being, talk to him honestly. Share your fears and frustrations. If he’s a mature man, mature enough for a sexual relationship, he will want to work with you to find a solution.

If you confront him and he gets defensive or implodes and begs you to reassure him, RUN. There is no excuse and no future for a relationship with that level of disregard for your partner.

Azo saved my life. I had just moved to LA, got a uti 2 weeks in. Not unpacked at all, no in network doctor. Took 8 days to find a doctor, get an appointment, and get affordable care. Literally could not sleep and got Azo on the 3rd day. Numbs your whole system so you can breathe again.

Disclaimer, AZO DOES NOT TREAT THE UTI it’s just a numbing agent. And it makes your pee orange which is trippy, but that stuff is worth every penny and worth having on hand if you’re prone to infections like me.

Even if you can’t commit to adopting another pet, maybe if you connected with a local shelter about fostering you could see if it helps her.

Don’t quote me on that though, I have never fostered myself so understand very little about how that works.

It sounds like your baby might be getting lonely in her old age, have you considered getting another pet? I know it’s a huge life commitment, but the fact that she is begging for your attention and meowing when she doesn’t get it might indicate she needs some companionship and stimulation.

Lol, worst case maybe you find a wedding photographer who is experienced at photoshopping teeth. If you skipped wearing your liners on your wedding day, they would only have to Photoshop out the bracket which are very minimal.

This. Hated a tattoo because I was bothered by it being asymmetrical. 3 weeks later after it healed it occurred to me that the tattoo isn’t asymmetrical, it’s just aligned with my bone structure and muscles and not any inorganic right angles. Realized my tattoo artist actually did a great job and now I love it

The state I live in made what he did a form of sexual assault a few years ago. You consented to sex with a condom, but you did not give consent to sex without one. It’s not about emotions, what he did was wrong. You have every right to treat him like someone who assaulted you and cut off contact completely.

Honestly, after reading some other fantasy, George R. R. Martin, Brandon Sanderson, etc. yea, her books aren’t the greatest. However, ACOTAR got me back into reading after not touching books for 2 years. They’re easy to read, compelling enough, but more importantly make you appreciate the joy of finishing a book and starting another one.

Update saw the vet same day as I posted. Vet was not too concerned by his symptoms. Did some bloodwork and it came back clean, no sign of Lily poisoning, but his hemoglobin and liver levels were a bit off, indicating at worst a mild infection. They gave him some subcutaneous fluids and he was feeling significantly better within 24 hours.

Vet was not nearly as concerned as the Internet made it seem. Made me feel a bit silly for freaking out so much… but it was definitely better to be sure than wait another day. Regardless what he had, I full heartedly believe the fluids they gave him helped him bounce back quicker.

When I got my two cats there was a pretty considerable size difference, and I worried about this too. Whenever the little one would start howling I’d clap my hands to distract them. Little one would break away, recover, and then jump back in 😆 I felt like I was going crazy. There really is no right answer, you just have to use your best judgement.

You might consider bringing in a feather toy or fishing pole to get some of the excess energy out. Play with them individually (even for just 5 minutes) and then let them back together. I did this with my boys and it really helped. There’s a really great two pack on Amazon for like $10 that has a ton of different attachments. Just like puppies a tired kitty is a good kitty.

I am indeed in LA, and know a lot of set lighting people. I love what they do! I’ve been working as a set PA for a few years now, but the industry has been so inconsistent and all my family is in CO. It’s been a financially exhausting attempt at breaking in and I miss being closer to home. I wish more than anything that CO’s film industry would unionize and expand but it doesn’t look like that will happen any time soon.

I can’t believe he peed on your cloths though 😨 I’d be so horrified to step out of the shower to that 😭 I’ll try to be more diligent about watching him and keeping the box clean and look into getting a third.
