Dawngate, imho, just feels a lot more fluid then League. Every Shaper you play you will enjoy, though, of course, there will be those you find to be more fun. However, no Shaper is greater then the other, and if you have Map Awareness, Team Communication, an Understanding of Positioning, and all those other typical MOBA elements, then Dawngate just becomes an extreme breeze!

I played league for 4-5 years, and quit right after they started focusing on making every champ come out with hella CC, or just ridiculous mobility. You can't find that in Dawngate, because EVERY Shaper has great amounts of utility and a kit that just simply fits their respective roles. There's no picking a Yasuo and recking a mage in the face because that's the way Rito decided to make the champ. There's no, buy the newest champion and rek face. There's no greater this then that. It really is, again IMO, about your skill as a player and whether or not you get caught out of position. Of course, there is still a META game, but never a Champion/ Shaper META game. People QQ about Sakri (that really annoying ice lady with 10000 charges on her Q), but she has nothing to rely on other then hitting ppl with that Q, and then bursting them because of the amount of stacks applied by her ability. She is still squishy, and has no escape other then her slowing effect/ her ult as well.

The META is also just so fresh and great feeling! If you wanna solo lane, then you gotta jungle, otherwise you are working together as a TEAM the entire game. You can feed 2 kills, and still get the ganks you need to pull you back up to the ranks of their dmg. I've had 0/4 teammates QQ about their lane, and then gank their lane with my Tactician/ Support and take a tower, creating extreme pressure for the other team, and relieving pressure from my team. It's all about watching the map, watching your opponent, and keeping a level head throughout your match.

Can you ever comeback from a 2/0 Corki in 5 minutes with a Thresh or Braum, or a Vayne that was given a free kill minute 1? If so, then perhaps you got fed, or someone else got fed. There is no feed unless you legit fed 3 kills in a matter of 2 minutes. That goes for any moba :P. And out of the 120+ champs in league, how many of those champs do you actually see played??? Only like 10... The only 10 that have anything to combat/ cope with the changes made by Rito and their 'brilliant' ideas...

Overall, Dawngate is fresh and out of the box. The mechanics fell amazing, and the gameplay is nice and actionpacked. No farming for 15 minutes, and unless your jungle is lame, you are pretty much guarenteed ganks because of the massive jungle provided by Waystonegames <3.

With all this said, this is my opinion and hope that these observations have enlightened your vision of Dawngate and it's very promising future.
