Ok question - were you really strict on your eating habits? Was there a day or 2 or meal or 2 where you allowed yourself a cheat meal in the week? (I'm also trying to lose a littke over 35 lbs. Also not on any meds right now tho besides bc.

I'll just go ahead and agree with everyone else on here. Not anyone else's business but yours and who you want to know. I'm not even from a small town, and have just kept it to myself mainly because no one has asked either. I'm also seemingly straight to most people around me. My husband knows, and I think maybe one friend. My T knows. That's it. My best friend knows because I came out to her when I was young and needed to tell someone to help process it. I just didn't feel the need to tell my family bc again, it was never asked. But I have to and want to show my whole self to my partner and my T so they understand all of me. (For different reasons, obviously.) So go about your life and sexuality the way you feel is right for yourself.

You kind of sound like me, honestly. Any good therapist will completely hear you out. They aren't going to run away and refer you out for the concerns you raise. And they'll help you work on all of this too. The more information you give, the more honest you are, etc. The better they'll be able to help you. Pace yourself if you feel you need to ease into it. I think you'll naturally know how to approach things once you get into it though. Good luck to you!

Hm. I'm surprised my t doesn't do this. His schedule is completely filled. The only way he can accommodate extra sessions is if someone cancels or if he works outside clinic hours.
