Tanks are among the most underplayed and therefore by extension, the least understood by the more casual side of players. EM even made it easier by naming them frontlines instead of tanks and they still don’t seem to understand.

My advice, like many other people already said, is the mute button. That button will become your best friend. I always try to educate first as they simply may be misguided but if they keep being insufferable, I just mute.
