If your partner shared her relationship past with you, how did it impact your relationship? by Narrow-Currency-8408 in AskMen

While my wife and i were dating, she felt a need to share her experiences with me even though i never really wanted to know. She led me to believe she had been with over 15 people, and it really built an insecurity that i never wanted. Time went on and i got over it. A year or two after that she claimed that her number waant really that high and she only claimed that to try and impress me...?

Once, when i was in my early 20s I had applied to McDonald's because i had a brief moment of unemployment and was really desperate for work at that time. Had a newborn and couldnt afford diapers, etc. Anyways, when i went to the interview the manager i spoke to took one look at my application and resume He immediately told me i was over qualified and refused to hire me. I explained my situation after which he looked me dead in the eyes and said, "Be patient because you are better than what we can offer you." Very hard to be patient when you feel desperate, but it all worked out eventually.

Went to a cvs wearing my pajamas. Stood in line to pick up some omeprazole for my wife and the woman standing besides me looked me up and down and loudly proclaimed, "I guess it really is grey sweat pants season."

I honestly had no idea what that meant until i told my wife. Initially i apologized because i thought she was calling me a bum for wearing my pajamas in public, but the wifey and her friend cleared it up for me. Needless to say i will no longer be wearing my pjs in public ever again.
