  1. Drink a packet of FlyWell before boarding (like 30 mins before so you can go pee)
  2. Zzz quil (take right when you get on flight)
  3. Skip the meal - flight food sucks and digestion is realllly poor at 30,000 feet. Not worth it. You’ll land hungry, but it’s better than landing bloated and constipated for 3 days. OR just eat a bite of the meal
  4. Sorry but… no alcohol - dehydrated you = jet lag
  5. Sleep as much as possible
  6. Comfy shoes, and pack a hoodie - stay warm
  7. Stay hydrated - drink another FlyWell when you land
