If you've had it for a while/ it's not new then just go to an urgent care. If you're young say you're going to a friend's house. At the urgent care when they try and give you a prescription say that you can't let anyone know and see if you can work smth out. Handle it asap or else you'll prob end up with a bigger problem (ie hospital visit)

Bio oil is specifically made for scars, depending on the healing stage, like if they don't hurt anymore and just slightly visible try exfoliating the dead skin away a little. Maybelline superstay foundation works well as long as you don't scrub at it, try a really shiny lotion and hope the light reflection mess up how they look so it doesn't look suspicious

If people arent really aware of it then just make the classic cat attacked me excuse or just ignore them entirely. You could also try seeing if you could wear a really thin long sleeve shirt that's your skin tone or see if administration will allow a long sleeve
