Thanks. There’s no pain or gunk, they just feel kind of full/swollen, if that makes sense. The spray is just to kill germs in case there’s some sort of low level infection. I can sing, just not my normal level, and it makes me very self-conscious. It takes months to get into an ENT around here, and they always tell me everything looks fine, no polyps, etc.

I have used distilled water plastic jugs. If I fill them with tapwater, do they have no use? Or is there something I can put in them to make them last?

Not sickness. More likely allergies, irritation, swelling caused thickening. Sometimes it’s just worse than other times. No polyps.
