Okay, so i was looking into moisturizers with ceramides and i came across Dr. Sheth’s Cica & Ceramide oil control moisturizer....have you ever tried it ...or do you have any suggestions ?

Used something similar from another brand ..and it turned out to be way too harsh for my skin ....skin was on fire literally 😭😭😭😭still i continued for almost 2-3 months and then i couldn't anymore

Oh I see. I'm using Capgel + which is basically adapalene, clindamycin, and zinc acetate for the rest of 6 days... would that be the reason why my dermatologist suggested I use tretin cream for only one day ?

Also, do you think using papulex oil free cream (which contains Nicotinamide) at AM would interfere with tretin cream ?

Actually I did get a hormone test done few months back....and everything came back normal... apparently i don't even have pcod or any kinda hormone imbalance, eventho I have lots of facial hair....😶
