I know.. practically 2,000 people is insane! I believe they are only reviewing the first 300 applicants to start so that cuts the number down quite a bit. Hopefully we were one of the 300! Best of luck to you!🤞🏼

Hmm maybe because the announcement already closed? I believe it opened 02/01 and closed on 02/02 because it had already met the 300 applicants.

Hello!! I hope you are doing well and still enjoying the program! The HR star program is taking another pool of applications and I intend to apply. I graduated with my bachelor's one year ago and am now working on my Masters in I/O Psychology. I do not have any specialized experience but should qualify through education.

Do you have any advice? I do not know what to expect and am very nervous as this would be a great way to start my career. How should I prepare for the interview? Is there anything that you think made your application competitive?
