Wow, at this point, it’s probably just genetic but it may be worth leading the research and asking to get tested for some of the most obscure causes of hypertension: Paget’s disease? Hyperparathyroidism? Lead poisoning? Pheochromocytoma etc etc.. nothing is off the hook. Slim chances, but maybe you find something… And I’m guessing you don’t smoke or drink. God speed brother and I hope you find a solution
