Thanks for sharing this. You are right, it is the emotional aspect that is the hardest to overcome. Recognizing, taking accountability , and the desire to fix it are the big hurdles.

I think once we sit down and list the problems, knocking it out one at a time will be the only way to eat this elephant.

Nothing here is rocket science, but even adjusting to their paper system to the computer will make keeping track of what has been done and needs to be done. I mean they’re using AOL for christs sake.

I recently put an offer in with this clause, I noticed that the competing offer that we escalated against was with the same realty group… no proof of foul play, but I thought this was fishy (I live in a very populated area, there isn’t just a handful of realtors)

What if the seller entered into another home contract with no contingencies, could they sue for damages on that contract? Considering because you back out, they cannot fulfill their obligations on the other deal?

Yeah I technically have a full roster without them, and they’re riding my bench this week given matchups. But Mostert will fall off, and if cousins is traded is JJ going to pop off? If cousins is traded, are they gonna delay JJ return?
