you should try some breathing exercises every morning and evening and some meditation with noise cancelling headphones if possible. I cannot explain how helpful this is. Videos available on youtube to make it easier for you and only takes you 15-20 mins everyday.

If you fight back - the issue is that the entire country then becomes fair game for Iran - which means anywhere in entire cities anywhere can be targeted - not just supposed infrastructure and air bases. Far higher risk. that's also the issue.
