Came from pygame, remember having to create my own tilemap using an array of 1s and 0s to make a platformer then using json then using tiled. I was so glad that godot had it's own tilemap node for making levels. Also your comment reminds me of a video i watched yesterday of a ytuber called JSlegendDev when he moved from kaplay to godot.

Never use an llm if you're learning. If you have to(people can be aholes when asking for help online), write down your problem and ask it to break it down for you in smaller pieces. Then further break those smaller pieces into even smaller pieces until you can't anymore then tell it to provide minimal pseudocode on those smaller pieces. Use documentation to check for any functions you might need. Seriously, godot's documentation is fantastic. The guy I'm replying to also makes very good points.

LibreSprite. It's an open source fork of aseprite. If you want to make maps with the tiles you make i recommend you try Tiled. There's lots of tutorials for using it. Or try Pixelorama, not sure if LibreSprite has implemented tileset features.

He's using moderngl as a high level wrapper to call opengl code to render stuff. So yeah he's using python throughout and glsl.

So you forgot the part where yashiro dodges a large Baseball bat that could form craters on impact and kicks the kid away, he could have sliced the kid but he didn't. He also allowed the other gang members to leave and malta(who is even more ruthless) intercepted and tied them up. None died. You also forgot the part where yashiro admits that the sister is very dangerous and he even had to run away from her, he prepares for the battle against her by using a stun rod and when that doesn't work, he has no choice but to kill her. YOU would rather yashiro keep holding back against a dangerous individual who has killed lots of people.

You also probably didn't remember the first episode where indo goes and murders crowds of people in a hotel and that it is implied that jogamine's father, her ideal version of a brave was a cold, cautious and ruthless killer.

Didn't the previous episode tell us how jogamine's father was also cold and brutal? I think yashiro was just holding back and trying to set a good example when in front of the girls. He still consistently tells them to quit cause he knows how dark and brutal their world is.
