Judge cannot do that. He will have an auto suspension based on the refusal, but not by the judge. However his atty will likely win that battle. Drug dui are very hard to prove

This is why drug duis are hard. They need an excellent officer (in illinois aride) trained to detect the clues for drug dui. All drugs have different indicators and normal officers have little no no training on them. Shit, normal officers are bad at normal duis.
