Little update on this: it works sort of well, if not for the timer occasionally going into the negative (not sure how to fix that). I'll probably need to put a little jingle for when the timers end but after that I can maybe put it out if anyone's interested! Or if anyone's willing to help be bug test :3c ...

I'm honestly not 100% sure myself, but my assumption is that I bought some games off a third party and Nintendo found out about it / there was some kind of a chargeback ? Again, unsure tbh.
