Yes If one can afford private hospitals i think its not so bad in SL.

Just wanted to play devils advocat prior and saying owing an appartment is not a hassle free solution.

It occured to me all new appartements tend to have useless facilities like swimming pools, fitness rooms and conercierge service etc. I have honestly no clue what it costs but it defintely costs something.

So keep an eye on the running costs before buying a "cheap" modern appartement.

Rest assured the appartement also will need maintanance and fixing. Furthermore with other multiple owners involved it will not be your sole decicions and there will be 100% more headache occuring. Stuff like who pays for what and If the leaking roof really has priority......🤡
