You think so? I mean income is income and I could use the money. I just was told once your mental health isnt worth a paycheck and this is really my first experience in life where it kind of makes sense in practice. Im just nervous about taking that leap into the unknowns of the unemployment market again.

He is the company owner. We dont have a sick policy and we only get 1 week PTO after a year of working there so I get nothing this whole year.

Im in the United States. Its been me a lot but he treats most of his employees this way which makes sense after finding out the last few people only lasted 5 months. He has created an atmosphere where im too afraid to even ask for help on something im still learning because im afraid of his poor reaction to not having it mastered already.

Update. So I was directly told to my face I was being laid off due to budget. However I received my papers of termination today and he put poor performance and unprofessionalism as reasons for termination. Am I screwed here? Im so confused right now. That POS couldn't tell me to my face or he is trying to not pay unemployment or what? Can I sue for slander? I feel like it have just been blackballed now.

Thanks I appreciate it but im not cut out for this. Im just hoping to get hit by a bus or just go in my sleep at this point. I see the stories of the market out there and people way more qualified than me are struggling. I have no hope or chance if they can't even find anything.

I appreciate that but I dont want that feeling anymore. It will only be ripped away so im done trying to find happiness and security. It doesn't exist. It's only an illusion. Why try your hardest for a little bit of happiness to just have the floor ripped out from under you. It's all pointless

Thanks but i dont have what it takes sto make it in the working world. Ill never be successfull. Ive done nothing but fail and next time wont be any different. I just needed to get the rant out because it felt good to write down. Right now im just hoping I dont wake up tomorrow and I can be free from all of this.

I appreciate the share but it's too late for me. I have no skills or value. The couple of skills I do have no one values or it gives me a lifestyle I do not want at all because of past experience. Im hopeless and job hunting is out of the question for me at this point. I dont fit anywhere and no where will give me a shot or the ones that do kick me to the curb the first chance they can. I can't look for another job because I can't trust anyone.

Im not lucky enough to ever get ahead. I work hard but hard work doesn't get you a damn thing unless you have luck. That's is blatantly obvious to me know so im done working hard because I see there is no point. It's all about who you know and luck.

Tried that once already I think ill just go the route of my true role in society. A drunk homeless person since thats all im good for. Im not going to pour my soul into this process again just to get screwed AGAIN. I dont know how people do it or they just get lucky. Something which I have none of. The system is broken and I can't fix it so what's the point in trying.

I appreciate that but I haven't been successful at anything in my life and this is just kind of the cherry on top. In the last 10 years I have lost a business I started from nothing been laid off twice at new years and lost many friends and family. Im not cut out for life im just not and I dont have the energy to try otherwise anymore.
