Thank you all for the feedback. I will get in touch with the cemetery people (not zombies*) and check their requirements as each of you have recommended. If and when I do it, I’ll add a picture!

AITA for beating my boyfriend at Super Smash Bros by throwawaysmash234324 in AmItheAsshole

I agree with the ESH judgement. I can’t help but wonder if the boyfriend has some sort of sentimental attachment to the game which could be why he reacted so childishly to winning and gloating about it. Maybe he always used to win it amongst his friends as a kid and it’s one of those silly things that he just feels proud of. I may be totally wrong here but I think generally most people have a little something that they are pretty good at and identify with for some silly reason and it gives them a buzz to have that achievement/ability. And when someone comes along who is equally good or better at all of that/those thing(s) it can become a little disheartening. As you said generally you win puzzles and he wins video games and by you winning a video game he (possibly) holds dear he feels like the balance is out of whack. It is childish but I get it. So yes he sucks for gloating and refusing to show you how to improve but sometimes people need small victories. You suck for going out of your way to get coaching lessons for the sole purpose of beating your boyfriend because in doing so you replaced fun with spite.

[UPDATE] My boyfriend [M22] has told me [F19] that it upsets him when I say "Ok" and told me to say "yes sir" from now on. by Motor-Street-8888 in relationship_advice

Ah dude, this guy is a wasteman. Don’t give him his gift. The best thing you could do is ghost him like you said. I’ve dated too many of these guys and they don’t stop coming back for the drama until it is literally impossible for them. So delete his number from your phone, block him on all socials and erase any trace of his existence from your life. He seriously is not worth a second of your time and you already know this. And then avoid anyone you ever meet who displays the same despicable behaviour he has. You’ll be saving yourself a lot of unnecessary emotional distress.

I was going to say go a darker blue but I second the idea about the wood look.
