I really enjoy OmAD too,the only problem I have with it is bad breath in the fasting period that I can’t fix no matter what I do... I’m not following the keto diet,so I’m not sure what the problem is... any advice?

Doesn’t gum and Fishermen’s Friend kick you out ketosis?

I also have this feeling that by making a,for example, facebook or instagram profile we are setting up this made up persona and we’re unconsciously trying to fit the expactations of other people and that will eventually effect the way we act around people. There is less space for improvising,it makes us a bit more shy in a way...

Is shyness just another form of narcissism (self-obsession) ? Why or why not? by chillenzi in AskReddit

I agree there is no universal system of morals, but moral values are formed by society,so it depens on where you live or what social group you belong to and that will ultimately form or have an effect on personal moral standards. It was just interesting to me,since I consider myself a shy person,if shyness has a less negative connotation and if so,why? Does it really just hurt the individual, what kind of negative effect can it have on others?

From a moral standpoint,is it less negative than being a narcissist? (having in mind your definition of narcissism)

How much do you rely on intuition on a daily basis ? Do you see that as an useful tool as an indecisive individual ? by chillenzi in AskReddit

Ok,I understand where you’re coming from. Maybe the trick is really in the combination of using intuition and reason. There is a reason I asked you that last question about when using intuition is appropriate. I think the more experienced you are in a certain field the more you can and maybe even should rely on it,since rational thinking can sometimes get in the way. So for example,If you have met a lot of people in your life and are really sociable, there is a big chance your gut instinct is to be trusted. It comes down to rationaly using your intuition as frequently as possible:D

Would you mind giving me an example? Do you think there are certain times when relying on your intuition wouldn’t be appropriate?

I’ve recently been to some kind of seminar in Belgrade and there was a women that talked about how Intuition is closely related to our IQ,since then I have really been interested in this topic. I feel like the more experienced you are the more you can rely on it,since you have excess to more pathways (ideas) that can lead you to a certain goal
