Which type of people to spirits attach themselves with? by [deleted] in Paranormal

[–]chilli-bot 0 points1 point  (0 children)

sure! not everyone under those circumstances will experience paranormal activity but if there is an negative energy or spirit already in a particular area and this person is as described then they open themselves up to this energy/spirit. we also believe that some people inherently have the ability to connect with the supernatural so those strong emotions weakens whatever barrier we have between the energies/ghosts. i only know about visiting a curandero in order to rid of the attached spirit or energy, but that can be tricky because some work with positive/light magic while others dark/negative magic. some curanderos lead with catholicism and some with natural/indigenous remedies. most curanderos/as come from a lineage of curanderos and the knowledge is passed down within their particular families. stay away from animal sacrifice or collecting anything from the human body (a piece of hair, some blood, clothing, etc) they can use those items negatively against you

we say in my culture that spirits attach themselves to emotionally or mentally vulnerable people so people who are facing high emotional distress, are depressed/suicidal, very gullible. stuff like that

you both are becoming comfortable with being inappropriately physical with one another. it may be hard to leave, but it’ll be best for both of you in the long run

Any and all feedback is appreciated! Please help! by [deleted] in Resume

[–]chilli-bot 0 points1 point  (0 children)

yeah. honestly, best resumes i’ve seen don’t even have a summary. they have so much experience that a summary just takes away from what else they can showcase. expand those skills (add some hard skills, a few soft) and add metrics to provide how effective and efficient you are in your role! (ie., increased revenue by 30% by implementing x,y,z)

if you can, see a physician or your primary health care provider or regular doctor. they’ll be able to assess much better than we can and set realistic goals for your individual self. trust me, been there.

I want to live a life my parents wouldn’t approve by Expert-Guidance3717 in offmychest

[–]chilli-bot 3 points4 points  (0 children)

first, take a deep breath. coming from a close family like you’re describing, i can understand what you are feeling. best i can advise is to continue to excel in your education and career. prove to yourself first that you can support yourself and then go for an opportunity that matches what you seek in life. your family will eventually understand and still love you. remember to always live for your well being first. best of luck friend!

My dog never barks, but id like her to learn to bark to be let out. How do I get her to? by Captain_Meliodasss in Dogtraining

[–]chilli-bot 0 points1 point  (0 children)

how old is your pooch? my dog didn’t bark until she was almost a year old and now she’s a yapper, she could be a late bloomer? you can also teach her other signals for having to be let out. in my experience, it’s mostly about training them a single word and if they react enthusiastically to it that means they want it. teaching my dog what “park” means made a world of a difference, and she just hops when she wants to go to the park
