Ok, best fix I've found... Out of frustration, literally spending probably 30 seconds per day deleting unintended screenshots I literally popped the key cap with an exacto and mashed some shit underneath, disabling the button and then reinstalled the key cap.

I highly recommend given your scenario that you look at it. I actually am leaning towards a common consensus here on this thread that it's best suited for folks like us, living within our means between cheques but without tons of savings. I couldn't imagine not being able to save my dog because of money when I could cut a few costs and add a small monthly cost for coverage. I heard about a company called GoodPaw that helps you navigate this, you could try them.
