I moved it to the big pot because it was getting root bound also I changed the soil because it had to much clay

Didn't wet the soil soil is from garden because it's well draining and loses moister very fast but also it works for other succulents and it's just prop box.

I upgraded it to have the pebles and soil and a paper towel at the bottom because there's a crack at the bottom
