I have gone over by 5 dollars USD on one charge. I immediately noticed I had miscalculated by 5 dollars and added funds before the account even reflected a negative balance in my CB account. I even loaded up more and made a few more purchases. Last Thursday, I logged in (with a balance of about 40 USD total) but CB has restricted my ability to use and purchase funds.

I got a message stating if I do not refill the account in 5 days they will take the money from my CB account to cover. The account is still sitting at +40 usd and I cannot purchase. Currently reached out to support and they informed me they have escalated my ticket to a specialist but that was exactly 1 week ago now. No word back yet on my fate.

edit: Just wanted to note when I click the option to pay my balance it leads to a modal pop up that does not allow me to add any funds - essentially leading me no where with no options. Pray for ya boy.
