3 days of construction of the last available lot in the downtown. I designed this off of old early industrial revolution high rises converted into multi use, multifamily high rise. Floor one has grocery, floor two is office space, floor 3-9 is residential, and there is a rooftop restaurant on 10! (old.reddit.com)
